TERMS OF USE AND CONDITIONS
In purchasing Wilderness at the Smokies’ items, I agree to the terms and conditions including weather policies, ticket policies, refund policies, and all other policies enforced at Wilderness at the Smokies. To protect our customers from fraudulent ticket purchases, Wilderness at the Smokies reserves the right to request from customers entering the park, a Photo ID and the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets originally. Park hours, attractions, food and beverage offerings, and entertainment may vary and are subject to change without notice. Wilderness at the Smokies, with sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to change, modify, or restrict facility usage and offerings without any prior notice, refund, liability, or compensation. Park capacity and other circumstances may cause Wilderness at the Smokies to limit entry. If you leave the park and plan to re-enter, you must retain your wristband and have it visible when entering the waterparks. No alcohol, food, coolers, or beverages may be brought into the waterparks.
To purchase and reserve a cabana, you must be a registered guest staying at the resort or have purchased waterpark day passes from our day pass website for the date booked. All cabanas must be paid in full by credit card upon making the reservation.
A waiver must be completed and signed for whomever enters Wilderness at the Smokies’ waterparks.
Wilderness at the Smokies wants to alert customers regarding tickets purchased from third-party websites; such tickets may or may not be valid. Wilderness at the Smokies bears no responsibility for invalid tickets that are purchased from such unauthorized sources.
Whoever enters Wilderness at the Smokies’ properties assumes the risk of personal injury and loss of property. Wilderness at the Smokies assumes no responsibility for accident or loss to any person in connection with the use of the parks, rides, and amusements or entrance into or departure from the parks. Whoever enters Wilderness at the Smokies’ properties grants Wilderness at the Smokies the right to film, photograph, or videotape the bearer for any purpose without payment.
The day pass ticket(s) and/or cabana reservation(s) may be revoked, and the ticket and/or reservation holder ejected from the park at the discretion of Wilderness at the Smokies’ management without refund for failure to abide by resort and waterpark policies.
WEATHER POLICY
If all-day inclement weather prevents our outdoor waterparks from opening, your cabana will be refunded in full. This only applies to our Lake Wilderness, Cabana Forest, and Lookout cabanas. If intermittent inclement weather significantly delays the opening of our waterpark and/or greatly reduces access to your cabana during the day, prorated pricing may be decided at management’s discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations outside of 72 hours of your cabana check-in date may cancel with a $30 fee. The remaining funds will be refunded. Cancellations within 72 hours of your cabana check-in date, including the day of, will forfeit all funds paid. Notwithstanding, exceptions may be made under limited circumstances at Wilderness at the Smokies’ management’s sole discretion.
REFUND POLICY
Admission tickets and cabana rentals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason after the order transaction is complete. All sales are final. Notwithstanding, exceptions may be made under limited circumstances at Wilderness at the Smokies’ management’s sole discretion.
