Maintenance Schedule:
- Smokies Surf Rider (Flow Rider) will be closed until February 14th
- Lookout Lagoon and the Peak Bar & Eatery are closed for the season, December 1st to March 6, 2026
- Great Wave, Flying Squirrel Activity Pool, Snapping Turtle Activity Pool, and Magnolia Grove Hot Spa will be closed April 13th – May 22nd
- Trail Twisters, Storm Chaser, and Runaway Canyon will be closed April 13th – May 1st
- Washout Mountain and Smokies Surf Rider will be closed May 4th – May 22nd
Important Announcement:
Our signature transparent roof is the heart of the Wild WaterDome experience. It’s what allows us to deliver “Summer Year-Round,” letting the natural sun shine through so you can enjoy the park and keep your summer tan glowing regardless of the weather outside. From mid-April through mid-May, we will be performing essential roof maintenance and indoor park updates. This work is vital to ensuring our roof and facility stay in peak condition for your future getaways.
What This Means for Your Visit:
Safety First: Because this work takes place overhead, we will be closing select attractions located directly beneath the active work zones. These closures will happen on a rolling basis to keep as much of the park open as possible.

The “Summer” Stays On: The park will remain filled with natural light, and we are opening select outdoor attractions at Lake Wilderness early (weather permitting) on Saturdays and Sundays so you can still soak up the spring sun.
