Ice Skating is Returning and Will Be included In All Stone Hill, Villa and Cabin Reservations

Get ready to lace up your skates—our favorite holiday tradition is gliding back into action starting November 7^th–9^th, daily November 14^th -January 4^th and again January 9^th-11^th!

That’s right! We’re transforming 3,200 square feet of our outdoor wave pool into a magical, real ice skating rink. Whether you’re a guest or just stopping by for the day, everyone’s invited to join the frosty fun.

Groove to holiday tunes, bask in twinkling lights, and fuel up with winter treats like hot chocolate, gooey s’mores, and more! Got the munchies after showing off your triple axel? Swing by our Tacolicious taco truck—yes, it’s as awesome as it sounds!

Ice skating hours are generally:

• Monday -Thursday: 4-9 pm
• Friday: 4-10:30 pm
• Saturday: 10 am – 10:30 pm
• Sunday: 10 am – 9 pm
• Thanksgiving Week (Nov 22–29) and Christmas Break (Dec 20–Jan 3): 10 am – 10:30 pm

DJ Dance Nights Are Back!
We’re turning up the fun every Friday and Saturday from 7–10 pm starting November 7^th, with a live DJ spinning all your favorite hits! On Friday nights we’ll also be notching it up with Glow Nights complete with themed lighting and glow gear!

Speaking of Glow Nights, on New Year’s Eve we’ll be hosting a special DJ Dance GLOW NIGHT until 12:30 am so we can ring in 2026 dancing on the rink!

Santa on Ice!
That’s right—the Big Guy in red is making special stops by the rink from 4-7 pm! Come say hi to Santa out by the rink and snap a pic on these magical dates:
November 29^th, December 5^th, 6^th, 12^th, 13^th, 19^th, 20^thand 22^nd. On November 28^th and December 23^rd he will be present from 3-7 pm.

Dazzling Ice Performances!
Be wowed as skaters from The Ice Chalet hit the rink on select nights with jaw-dropping routines that’ll have you clapping, cheering, and maybe even inspired to try a twirl of your own! Stay tuned for performance dates.

Monty’s Youth Skate – For Newbie Skaters!
New to the ice? No worries! Every Saturday (except Dec 6^th) from 9–10 am, little skaters (and their grownups) can enjoy a calm, beginner-friendly session before the rink opens.
Just $10.99 per child (+tax) gets you:

• Skate rental
• All-day admission
• Skating aids
• A surprise Christmas gift
• A photo op with Monty or Molly!

Skate for a Cause – Saturday, Nov 15^th
Join us for a feel-good day of skating from 10 am – 10:30 pm, where 100% of public skate admissions will be benefiting the Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee. Let’s make a difference together!

Local Days – December 1^st-4^th and December 8^th-11^th
Show your Sevier County ID from December 1^st-4^th and December 8^th-11^th and pay just $5.00 per person plus tax for skates and admission.

Youth Hockey Games – Saturday, December 6th
-On Saturday, December 6th from 7 am-1 pm Cool Sports and the Knoxville Amateur Hockey Association will be hosting youth hockey games featuring local area skaters on our rink! Chill Bear from the Knoxville Ice Bears will also be present for the fun!

New this year! Any guest staying at Stone Hill Lodge or in a villa or cabin will have ice skating included with their stay.

For guests staying at River Lodge the absolute best deal, our Unlimited Ice Skating Package (which includes skate rentals for everyone in your room and ice skating admission for your entire stay) can be purchased when you make your reservation for $24.99 plus tax. If you’ve already booked, contact one of our reservation specialists at 1.877.325.9453 and they’d be happy to add it to your reservation before your arrival.

Upon arrival at our resort Unlimited Ice Skating Package increases to $29.99 plus tax so be sure to plan ahead and book this package in advance to secure our best pricing.

Our Skate and Shadrack Light Show Packageincludes skate rentals for everyone in your room and ice skating admission for your entire stay plus one vehicle admission through Shadrack’s Holiday Light Show at Soaky Mountain. The cost for this package is $45 plus tax prior to arrival or $60 plus tax on-site.

Admission to Shadrack’s Holiday Light Show  for one vehicle is $29.95 plus tax prior to arrival or $39.95 plus tax on-site.

Public admission to the ice rink includes skates and costs $18.99 plus tax per person. Soaky Mountain Season Pass Holders can skate for $10.99 plus tax per person.
