Easter Add-On In-Room Package
Bring a smile to your kiddo’s face when they walk into your guest room and see a special Easter Basket just for them! Complete with an Easter card, coloring sheet, crayons, a plush animal and two delicious truffles from our very own Candy Cabin. The cost of this add-on in-room package is $35 plus tax to order it call 877.325.9453 or when making your reservation online.
Win A Mega Easter Basket
Guests staying at the resort during Easter weekend will be able to enter our drawing to win one of two Mega Easter Baskets (and when we say mega, we mean mega!) Each basket will contain a $100 gift card to the resort, a certificate for a FREE one night stay at Stone Hill Lodge, two Soaky Mountain daily admission tickets and a variety of goodies from our gift shops and Candy Cabin. (A total value of $500 – Wow!) One entry will be provided per room at check-in to each registered guest over age 18. The winner will be notified at 8 am on Easter Sunday and must pick up their prize prior to leaving the resort.
Monty and Molly’s Easter Bash
Children 12 and under staying at the resort are invited to come dance off their cottontails with Monty and Molly in the River Lodge Conference Room on Saturday, April 4th from noon-2 pm. Treats will be available while supplies last. One lucky child will be able to hop away with a Mini Mega Basket. Winner to be drawn during the event.
Easter Day Activities
Easter Egg Hunt Trail/Social Media Contest
Upon check in guests will also receive a map of our Easter Egg Trail. Then, on Easter (April 5) from 10 am- noon your kiddos can hippity hoppity down, just like Peter Cottontail and stop at ten locations on the trail to pick up plastic eggs filled with treats.
Guests staying on property can upload a photo of their child/children during their Easter Egg hunt with us on Facebook and/or Instagram, tagging Wilderness at the Smokies and using the hashtag #Easter2026WildernessSmokies. The family/child(ren) with the best Easter Egg action photo will be eligible to win a WATS gift card. A winner will be announced on the Tuesday after Easter.
Pictures with the Easter Bunny and Monty
The Easter Bunny and Monty, our moose mascot, will be on the Firefly patio (or River Lodge Conference Room in the event of inclement weather) for photo ops with kids from 10 am-noon on Easter (April 5).

Our Camp Social restaurant in River Lodge will be serving Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 5th from 8 am-noon.
