Ready to trade your winter blues for spring views? So are we!

We’ excited to announce that not only will our Peak Roof Top bar be reopening on February 27th it will be coming back with a burst of color we’re calling Peak in Bloom.

That’s right, for Spring Break only (and weekends through Mother’s Day) the whole rooftop area will be decorated in bright floral hues. Think of it as a garden in the sky! It will be the perfect setting to sip, savor, and soak up those fresh spring vibes high above it all

“In Bloom” Limited Menu
Inspired by the fresh flavors of the season, we’ve come up with some limited-time offerings that celebrate spring in every bite. They include:

Tuna Poke Rice Bowl
Cherry Blossom Shoyu-marinated Ahi Tuna served on a bed of Jasmine Rice with Edamame, Cucumber, Carrots, and Diced Mango. Garnished with vibrant Nasturtium Flowers for a stunning seasonal touch.

Berry Bloom Salad
A fresh blend of Arugula and Spring Mix topped with fresh sweet Berries, Candied Walnuts, Goat Cheese, and Red Onion. Served with Poppy Seed Vinaigrette and delicately garnished with Orchid petals.

Fresh Pear Flatbread
Caramelized Onions, Sliced Pear, Blue Cheese, Thyme Blossoms, Candied Walnuts, Dried Cranberries, and a drizzle of Wildflower Honey on warm flatbread.

Mortadell’
Sliced Mortadella with Fig Jam, Ricotta Cheese, Balsamic, and Arugula on Toasted Rosetta Rose Focaccia. Service with Parmesan Toasted Pita Crisps.

Lemon Lavender Tarts
A sweet spring finale served with Whipped Cream.
