Perched above the Smoky Mountains, the space transforms into a lush, floral escape filled with vibrant colors, natural light, and a joyful energy.
Guests are invited to sip, savor, and socialize surrounded by blooms and botanicals while enjoying a limited-time menu of spring-inspired cocktails and dishes. From delicate floral notes to bright herbaceous flavors, each offering is designed to capture the essence of the season.
Launching with a soft opening on February 27 and evolving through Mother’s Day weekend, Peak in Bloom teases the arrival of spring before unfolding into full bloom. The experience shifts subtly as the season progresses, making each visit feel fresh and new.
