Red, White & BBQ at Peak is a summer-inspired seasonal pop-up event at Peak Bar + Eatery that celebrates bold flavors, warm nights, and elevated rooftop energy. Perched above the Smoky Mountains, the space transforms into a lively, All-American BBQ experience layered with rustic textures, glowing bulb lighting, gingham details, and vibrant red, white, and navy décor.
Guests are invited to sip, savor, and gather while enjoying a limited-time menu of BBQ favorites, refreshing cocktails, and ice-cold beers. From Honey BBQ Chicken Wings and Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwiches to Baby Back Ribs and All American Apple Pie, each offering is designed to capture the flavors and atmosphere of summer gatherings.
