The celebration will pay homage to all things American as our country celebrates its 250th anniversary! Enjoy bold flavors, warm summer nights, and elevated rooftop energy as our Peak Bar + Eatery is transformed into a lively, All-American BBQ experience complete with gingham details, and everything red, white, and blue!
Sit back and sip refreshing cocktails, and ice-cold beers. Savor our limited-time menu of BBQ favorites from Honey BBQ Chicken Wings and Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwiches to Baby Back Ribs. Plus, there will be other All-American items like Bacon Cheeseburger flatbreads, and don’t forget about our mouthwatering Apple Pie.
